Meet Our Members

ASCP has members in all 50 states and has been serving the skin care therapist market for a decade. Members are required to observe the ASCP code of ethics. Nearly three-quarters of skin care professionals have received 600 or more hours of training before beginning practice. Our members come from many walks of life and reflect the trend of esthetics as a second or even third career for many practitioners. Meet three from our ranks of more than 7,500 members.

Angela, Washington. ASCP member Angela left work as an analyst and now finds this skill set applicable to her current role as a skin care professional. She takes satisfaction from and enjoys coaching her clients.

Carol, Georgia. With interests in esthetics, cosmetology, bodywork, nutrition and holistic health, it's hard to believe Carol has found yet another love--teaching esthetics at an Atlanta school.

Sandi, Oregon. Sandi has plenty of college business training and launched her own skin care practice, where she loves the constant learning curve that comes with new products and techniques in a fast-growing field.
