Student Membership

Skin care students need ASCP, too! Whether or not your school already covers you for liability insurance, you can join as a student member and get access to ASCP’s benefits and resources. When you graduate, we’ll apply the cost of your student membership toward your Skin Care Professional membership—making the student membership essentially free!

Student membership with insurance: $59*
For just $59, you get a student membership with liability insurance protection.

  • Liability insurance coverage protects you in and out of class for all school-sanctioned activities.
  • Skin Deep. Our bimonthly magazine provides information on techniques, ingredients, trends in the profession, and more.
  • Fine Lines. Our bimonthly student newsletter gives you more insight into the profession.
  • Online tools. Begin your marketing strategies while you’re still in school, with customized client newsletters, graphic art and photos, brochure templates, your own business website and more. We even have a huge range of archived educational webinars for you to watch, with new ones released every month.

Student membership without insurance: $39*
If your school already covers you for liability insurance, you can get the other benefits of an ASCP student membership for the reduced cost of $39. Everything listed above, without the insurance.

*Cost for up to one year’s student membership or until you graduate, whichever comes first. ASCP student membership provides liability insurance coverage only while you are enrolled in school. The insurance does not cover you if you practice for compensation.
