Meet the Team

Tracy Donley,  Executive Director

Tracy is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading and building national and international companies. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on keeping up with the latest beauty trends and products.

Jesse Cormier (LE), Senior Director of School Outreach

Jesse was one of the pioneers of ASCP when the association launched in 2007. She has been instrumental in building relationships with hundreds of skin care schools across the country. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a licensed esthetician in Colorado.

Melissa Kreps, School Outreach Project Manager

Melissa is an experienced trainer who has been actively involved in the beauty industry for more than 16 years. Melissa has held leadership roles at Laura Mercier Cosmetics and The International Dermal Institute and is excited to share her passion for skin care by providing undergraduate esthetic students with the education and resources they need to succeed in this industry.

Emily Morgan (LE), Membership Program Manager

Emily is a licensed esthetician in Massachusetts and Colorado, having graduated with a 4.0 GPA, and has additional certifications in microdermabrasion and eyelash extensions. Prior to obtaining her esthetics license, Emily held positions within the insurance industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven.

Maggie Staszcuk (LE), Advanced Modality Insurance Specialist

Maggie has been a licensed esthetician for more than 12 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Maggie has worked in the spa and med-spa industry and has served as an esthetics instructor and director of education.

Mary Barthelme Abel, Editor, ASCP Skin Deep magazine

Mary is a self-proclaimed magazine junkie with more than 18 years’ experience editing and writing for various consumer and trade magazines. Editing an association magazine and working with skin care professionals and experts has been an exciting transition and Mary enjoys helping estheticians grow their businesses. Mary holds a bachelor’s degree in literature.
