Meet the Team
Tracy Donley, Executive Director
Tracy is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years experience leading and building national and international companies. She brings a breadth of knowledge to ASCP, offering seasoned perspectives and key strategies to bring brand awareness, growth, and support to ASCP and its members. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and thrives on keeping up with the latest beauty trends and products. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
Jesse Cormier, Senior Director of School Outreach
Jesse started working with ASCP’s sister association, Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP), in 1998 and has held various roles in the company. She was one of the pioneers of ASCP when the association launched in 2007. She has been instrumental in building relationships with the hundreds of skin care schools across the country she visits each year. Jesse speaks at national trade shows and regional events and connects with industry leaders to further advance the profession by forming strategic partnerships. She holds a Bachelor's degree in business management and is a licensed esthetician in the state of Colorado. She currently has a part-time practice in Golden, CO, offering services to her team of coworkers.
Melissa Kreps, School Outreach Project Manager
Melissa is an experienced trainer with more than 16 years experience in the beauty industry. Melissa's journey to ASCP includes various leadership roles at Laura Mercier Cosmetics and The International Dermal Institute. As the School Outreach Project Manager, she is excited to share her passion for skincare by traveling throughout the U.S. providing undergraduate esthetic students with business education vital to success in a highly competitive beauty industry.
Emily Morgan, Membership Program Manager
Emily is a licensed esthetician in the states of Massachusetts and Colorado, having graduated from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and Massage Therapy with additional certifications in microdermabrasion and eyelash extensions. Prior to obtaining her esthetics license, Emily held positions within the insurance industry and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from University of New Haven.
Maggie Staszcuk, Advanced Modality Insurance Specialist
Maggie has been a licensed esthetician for more than 12 years and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Stephens College. Maggie has worked in the spa and med-spa industry, and served as an esthetics instructor and a director of education.
Mary Barthelme Abel, Editor, ASCP Skin Deep magazine
Mary is a self-proclaimed magazine junkie with more than 18 years experience editing and writing for various consumer and trade magazines. Editing an association magazine, as well as working with skin care professionals and experts, has been an exciting transition and Mary looks forward to learning more about this ever-changing industry and helping estheticians grow their businesses. Mary is a graduate of Mount St. Clare College and holds a bachelor of arts degree in literature.
James Sutherlin, Senior Graphic Designer for ASCP and Lead Designer for ASCP Skin Deep magazine
James is a nationally acclaimed, award-winning designer whose work can be found throughout the pages of ASCP’s member magazine, as well as in digital and print media communications. James took the lead in the ASCP Skin Deep magazine redesign in 2016, which resulted in ASCP’s prestigious nominations as a finalist for Best Magazine Redesign by Folio, Western Publishing Association, and Association Media & Publishing. James is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado and has shared his talents with ASCP and its sister associations for nearly 17 years.
