Be the First ASCP Instructor of the Year!

The ASCP Instructor of the Year award celebrates an educator who inspires, leads, and transforms the art and science of esthetics for every student they teach.

Tell your story—or nominate a colleague who shines in the classroom:

  • Why you (or they) stand out as an educator
  • What drives your passion for teaching
  • How you make a difference in your classroom and your community

Be the first-ever ASCP Instructor of the Year recipient and take center stage at the ASCP School Forum, setting the standard for excellence in esthetics education.

Submission Do’s and Don’ts (click to expand)
  • Do write your story directly into the form (to avoid formatting errors).
  • Keep it authentic and truthful—your voice matters most.
  • Please avoid special characters, emojis, or attachments. Stay within 3,500 characters (about 500–700 words).
  • One entry per nominee. Submit by midnight (MT), January 5, 2026.
Terms and Conditions (click to expand)
  • A nominee’s essay must be original work that has not been previously published, does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, and is a truthful account of the nominee’s experience as an educator.
  • The winner will be chosen by ASCP staff and must agree to a background check to confirm eligibility and story details.
  • The winner must be actively employed and teaching esthetics at a school within the US.

  • ASCP may disqualify a winner for:

    • Ineligibility as determined by background check

    • Misrepresentation of their standing as an educator

  • All decisions are final.

  • Deadline for submissions is midnight (MT) January 5, 2026.

  • Winner must agree not to discuss their win until the ASCP School Forum and Esty Educator newsletter publication featuring the announcement.

  • Winner gives permission for ASCP to use their name, likeness, photo, and essay for promotional purposes.

  • Winner will be notified at the end of January 2026.

  • Winner will receive free registration to the 2026 ASCP School Forum, award presentation on stage, and feature coverage in ASCP’s Esty Educator newsletter and web/blog where available.
