ASCP Skin Care School Forum—Keynote Speaker

Open Your Possibilities—Leading with Curiosity, Clarity, and Courage

You—the owner, the decision maker—are the leader of any change that happens in your school. Embracing technology, enhancing your curriculum, obtaining accreditation, increasing or decreasing the size of  your school—the key to all of them is you, and how you lead your team through them.

It is with you, the leader, in mind that we are thrilled to announce our keynote speaker, Amy Andrews McMaster.

A leadership consultant, courage builder, executive coach, and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Amy has more than 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, workshop facilitation, and executive coaching. Through hundreds of hours of transformational coaching conversations, Amy has helped lit leaders to their professional and personal best.

Her coaching foundation is grounded in the study of ontology, which examines the ways of being from our current reality to our ideal reality. Becoming an astute and compassionate observer of yourself and others creates a powerful effect: it puts you at choice.

Instead of reactively going down the same paths that don’t work, you open to possibilities, suspending judgement to lead with curiosity, clarity, and courage.

A caring and passionate professional, Amy is known for adding humor and lightness to her highly rated, interactive workshops. She has worked with school districts like Denver Public, Los Angeles Unified, Jefferson County, and Boulder Valley, as well as organizations such as Whole Foods Market, FirstBank, OpenTable, Trinity Health, BRIDGE Healthcare Partners, Metro State University, City of Boulder, Heartland, and professional organizations such as Women in Transportation and Society of Women Engineers. Most important, Amy thrives in helping business professionals achieve ambitious goals, feel a greater sense of purpose and belonging, and live their definition of success.

The world needs the very best of us. Are you ready?
