Esthetician licensure in the state of Hawaii is regulated by the Hawaii Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. To become a licensed skin care professional, Hawaii requires completion of a licensed esthetics program consisting of 600 hours of training and successfully passing the written and practical examinations for esthetician licensure.
