05/22/2020Kansas Governor Laura Kelly issued Executive Order No. 20-31 (https://governor.kansas.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/EO-20-31-Implemen...) on May 14, 2020, implementing Phase 1.5 of “Ad Astra: A Plan to Reopen Kansas.” Under the Executive Order, nail salons, barber shops, hair salons, and other personal service businesses where close contact cannot be avoided may reopen May 18, 2020, but only for prescheduled appointments or by online check-in.
