Esthetician licensure in the state of Montana is regulated by the Montana Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists. To become a licensed skin care professional, Montana requires completion of a licensed esthetics program consisting of 650 hours of training and successfully passing the written and practical examinations for esthetician licensure.
