Often the consultation is skipped or rolled into the skin analysis for reasons like a lack of time, a sense of urgency to begin the treatment, feelings of discomfort with paperwork and conversation, etc. Put aside those concerns and take the time to learn as much as you can about your clients’ general lifestyle, their home regimen, what their skin care concerns are, and what they hope to get out of today’s treatment.
When done right, a thorough consultation is a chance to turn a first-time customer into a loyal, repeat client.
